  Jackery products are backed by a limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  Warranty Periods

  • 5 Years — Jackery Explorer 5000 Plus Series

  • 3 + 2 Years — Jackery HomePower Series, Explorer Plus (excludes 100 Plus), Explorer Pro Series

  • 2 + 1 Years — Jackery 1500/1000/500/300/240/160 Series + SolarSaga 200W/100W/80W

  • 6 Months — Renewed/Refurbished Products

  Warranty begins on the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

  Repair & Replacement
  Jackery will repair defective units at no cost. If unrepairable, a free replacement of the same or equivalent model will be provided. Replacements may be refurbished but will be fully functional. A repaired/replaced product is covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty — whichever is longer.

  Limitations

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (non-transferable).

  • Does not cover misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications/repairs, accidental damage, auction purchases, or improper battery maintenance.

  • Battery cell coverage requires charging within 7 days of purchase and at least every 6 months.
