Payment Policy

Thank you for shopping with Green Earth Direct.  We're committed to providing a safe, transparent, and secure shopping experience.  Please review our payment policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Accepted Payment Methods.   Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apply Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify.    All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway providers.  Green Earth Direct does not store your credit card or banking information.
2. Payment Authorization.  Payment is required in full at the time of checkout.  Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized.  In the event of a declined transaction or payment issue, your order may be delayed or canceled.  If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel pending orders until the matter is resolved.
3. Pricing & Currency.  All prices listed on our website are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Green Earth Direct reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or promotions before or after an order has been placed. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.
4. Taxes & Duties.  Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address.  For international orders (if available), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.  These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
5. Secure Transactions.  Your privacy and security are important to us.  Green Earth Direct uses SSL encryption and trusted third-party payment processors to protect your financial information.  We never sell, rent, or share you payment data.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes.  Because orders are processed automatically and sent directly to our suppliers, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.  If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately at support@greenearthdirect.com, and we will do our best to assist you before shipment begins.
7. Fraud Prevention.  To protect against fraud, Green Earth Direct reserves the right to verify billing and shipping information or to decline any transaction that appears suspicious or unauthorized.  We may also request additional identification or verification for large or high-value orders before processiing.
