Shipping Policy

Green Earth Direct ("Green Earth Direct," "we," "us," or "our") is a trade name of SUFO LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Green Earth Direct are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be available for select products. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is included with every order.

- Shipping costs are included in our product pricing
- White Glove Delivery may be available for select products for an additional charge
Any optional delivery upgrades or special services will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Orders received after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Because we offer products from multiple manufacturers, delivery estimates vary by product.

Some custom-built or made-to-order products may require additional manufacturing time. When applicable, estimated delivery times are displayed on the individual product page.
The delivery estimate shown on the product page is the most accurate estimate for that specific item.
Freight Deliveries
Oversized products such as greenhouses, chicken coops, and other large structures ship via LTL freight.
Please note:
- Freight carriers typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- An adult must usually be present to receive freight shipments.
- Delivery is generally curbside unless otherwise noted.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and noting any visible damage before signing.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship using trusted national carriers, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Regional carriers
- LTL freight carriers
Tracking information will be emailed as soon as it becomes available.
Most shipments are insured while in transit.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Manufacturer backorders
- Supply chain disruptions
If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will notify you whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Green Earth Direct is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and damaged product (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work promptly with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Certain oversized freight items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed on the product page or during the return authorization process.
