Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders

• No hidden shipping fees at checkout

• Shipping costs are included in our product pricing

White Glove delivery may be available for select products upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Free Shipping

All orders include free standard shipping. Shipping costs are built into our product prices.

Expedited Shipping Upgrades

Some products may offer optional “Ships ASAP” or expedited processing upgrades for faster delivery. These are available at an additional cost and include priority processing and/or faster shipping.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays)

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day

Delivery times vary by product type, size, and shipping method.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days

Extended Delivery

Bulk items: 7–15 business days

Special Order — Oversized & Freight-Shipped Items

Oversized items require freight shipping and extended timelines.

LTL Freight: 21–35 business days

Additional Shipping Information

• Delivery estimates begin once an order has been processed and shipped

• Freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling

• Delays may occur due to weather, carriers, or supply chain disruptions

Carriers & Tracking

We ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers. Tracking is emailed once shipped. All shipments are insured.

Damaged or Missing Items

Report within 7 days with photos and order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.  Restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to some larger freight items.  This is noted upon checkout and will be shared with customer upon approval of return.  Refer to our return policy for more information.
