What Qualifies
The item must be the identical brand, model, size and color as the item you are looking at on our site. The competing price must be from an authorized U.S. retailer, must be currently available, and must include the same or higher shipping cost as ours. Individual sellers on third-party marketplaces, auction sites, clearance or liquidation sales, and limited-time promotions are not eligible.
How to Request a Price Match
Please contact us before you place your order. Email support@greenearthdirect.com or call (941) 263-8833 and include a link to the product on the competing retailer's website and the product you want to buy from us. We review each request individually and will reply by email within one business day.
Our Review
Price matching is handled case by case and is at our discretion. We cannot guarantee a match, and we do not adjust prices on orders that have already been placed. If your request is approved, we will send you the updated price before you check out.
