Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: December 16, 2025

Green Earth Direct (“Green Earth Direct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered trade name (DBA) of SUFO LLC. This policy applies to all purchases made through https://greenearthdirect.com.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags and components

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.


4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Some suppliers may charge a restocking fee of up to 15%

  • Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Not all items are subject to a restocking fee; this depends on the supplier and product category.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection

  • Refunds are issued minus return shipping and any applicable restocking fees

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@greenearthdirect.com.


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis, subject to product availability and supplier approval.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greenearthdirect.com. Include photos of:

  • The item

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Perishable goods (including food, plants, or flowers)

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
