Shipping & Delivery.  Estimated shipping times are provided by our suppliers and may vary based on location, season, and demand.  While we work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, Green Earth Direct cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or be held liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or customs.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty.  Each product may be subject to the return and warranty policy of its respective supplier.  We will assist customers in initiating returns, exchanges, or warranty claims when applicable, but Green Earth Direct is not responsible for manufacturer defects or supplier delays in processing claims.
